It also offers an indigent detox program with inpatient treatment services planned by the counselors and medical staff to meet each client’s individual needs. Patients receive medical detoxification, ensuring safe withdrawal from the abused substances, stabilizing body functions, and rectifying nutritional deficiencies. Clients have constant medical supervision during their stay. Residents are shown different informational films and have guest lecturers to educate them about the disease of addiction. There are individual and group counseling sessions, as well as introductions to either Narcotics Anonymous (NA) or Alcoholics Anonymous (AA). Aftercare services are also provided for when patients leave residential treatment.

There is an array of services at Aletheia House, including residential and outpatient treatments for adults with substance use disorders. For individuals with heroin or other opiate addictions, the facility offers Suboxone treatment.
