Located in a peaceful environment in the center of South Carolina, Oaks Recovery is a short and long-term residential recovery program for men that utilizes a peer-based social model. The staff is composed of coaches, specialists, and sponsors who have overcome addiction themselves and are available for ongoing support during a patient’s stay. Two types of programs are available, including a short-term intensive program with a 28-day inpatient commitment and a four-month commitment program. On-site amenities include convenience stores and recreational areas.

Founded in 1966, Faith Home Friends is an established Christian, no-cost recovery program that offers inpatient solutions for both men and women in a residential, church-like setting. The eight-week residential program consists of 12 Step meetings and regular church attendance. Licensed addiction counselors and counseling services are available to all patients. Weekly worship services are also available and can be attended by family and friends. The organization has three facilities and 115 beds dedicated to addiction recovery.
