The year-long treatment program is based on the 12 Step program, and patients are expected to attend daily recovery classes, as well as Bible studies. Patients have regular access to licensed chemical dependency counselors and are able to interact with former addicts who teach them that they can have a future free from drugs and alcohol. Residents also attend life skill classes and work programs, so they can assimilate back into daily life once they leave the facility.
